Refund & Cancellation policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

SALES: All sales are final.

REFUND: If the materials are damaged in transit and if the customer wants the order to be cancelled, Refund of the cost amount will be processed after deducting the P&F charges and will be credited to your account within (TEN days) from the date of cancellation of the order.

REPLACEMENT: If the customer wants the materials to be replaced, we will send a fresh lot as soon as the damaged ones reach our end from the party.

Time Frame to return the product: If the material which is sent by us is damaged in transit, you (Purchaser) should inform the seller within 3 days from the date of receiving the materials and send back the items to our address on to-pay basis.

We will send replacement as soon as the damaged materials reaches  our end.
